Create an autoresponder using Twilio api

I would like to create an autoresponder for text messages using twilio api. I would like the ability to have multiple incoming numbers and campaigns each with their own responses that I can change. I would like to be able to choose mms or text only for each response and if mms i can upload a photo to send. I would also need the ability to stop and start campaigns and be able to delete/add campaigns and twilio numbers as needed. I would like this to simulate a conversation so I need the ability to set person texts me--->I send 1st response--->person texts back again--->2nd response--->person texts back--->3rd response--->person texts back--->4th response etc. I would like the ability to have up to 10 responses back and forth. I would also like the ability to select a campaign and be able to blast a text message/mms to every number that has texted me. I think the people's numbers would have to be stored in a mysql db in order to know which response in the series to send. There may be a better way for that but I'm not sure. I would also need the ability to stop and start campaigns and be able to delete/add campaigns and twilio numbers. I would also like the ability to export the numbers that texted my campaigns in a csv or txt file. I have a vps on which this script can be installed and I would also like a back up copy. I would also like have the ability to create a password since this will be web based. I will also have ownership of this script and be able to do whatever I want with it.
