- we would like to develop a simple android app (prototype) for the proof of concept. - the general workflow will be as follows * open the front camera * the app will then detect the face * it may even detect the eyes, lips, hair area. * some make up effect can be choose and put to the above areas and in real time. - pls. let us know WHAT SDK / 3rd party API you will use, and any license fee from those SDK/API vendors. This SDK/API should support ios as well.
