Crossover/EQ app for music for android and send over bluetooth

We need to apply some equalization and a high pass filter to the music, would be good if is configurable by an interface (and well pay more) and then send the music to 1 or 2 speakers, in mono (to one) or in stereo. I listen for the chip selection in the receiver device. Has to be high quality APTx CSRor equivalent quality. We have electronic equipment only need help with software and IC selection according to compatibility with android.
