You will be provided with source code for an SIP application. The task is to create call screens which are identical to stock Android 4.0 'Phone' application call screens for incoming calls, outgoing calls, ongoing calls and calls on hold (please see attached screenshots for guidance).

All parts of the call screens must be fully functional as in Android 4.0, including the transparent effects and the photo of the contact (from Contacts). The answer slider must have the animated ring effect while the phone is ringing (the little waves animate outward inviting you to touch the phone circle).

The screens should be compatible on both Android 4+ and Android 5+ devices.
