Build an android app which receives serial data over USB

We need to create an app which simply displays a digital clock full screen. The time which is shown on the clock is dependent on a value which the app receives over a serial/USB connection: Expected serial values: Decrease hour value by 1 = "hp1" Increase hour value by 1 = "hm1" Increase minute value by 1 = "mp1" Decrease minute value by 1 = "mm1" The project must be completed very quickly. We require a fully functioning app within 24 hours of being awarded. Further design changes can be made in the following 2 days. Milestone 1 = £150: Fully functioning app completed within 24 hours. Milestone 2 = £50: Style changes to the clock (changes to its size and appearance). Further milestones may be added for changes to style and functionality. The app will run on an android tablet which is then plugged into an external display via HDMI. The clock will be shown on this external display. A strong working knowledge of serial communication in and out via serial/USB is required. Please contact me with a specific introduction, not a generic one relating to this project.
