Hi, I will provide you with Android application wherein 1. User will be able to register 2. Once registered user will be able to upload photo with user location taged in. 3. Other user in range (configurable by user) will receive an alert. 4. On click of link user will be able to view photo and location detail, will be able to comment and like.
