develop a mobile app simple app

I need an app developed that is very similar to the godaddy app. Just the same navigation. The site will basically take our client content that is available on the web when they log in and put the same options in the app. on top of that we would like several other icons that give other info such as articles, tips for success [login to view URL] together 6 buttons that lead to different things and that includes one contact button.
