Create quiz app for iOS and Android (1974302)

Hi, I want to create a quiz app for both the iPhone and Android platforms. I already have all my questions and the app design so what I want is for a developer to develop the app for me. The quiz questions will be in categories and so players can opt to play each category on its own or to mix n match questions from different categories. Each category has about 100 questions. Also, the app will keep scores when each category of questions is finished. And when the user attempts all the categories, they can then submit their scores to some score management. Please only bid if you can do both versions. You must be able to deliver the project within a week as I don't expect it to take long for someone who knows what they are doing. Lastly, my budget is extremely low so if you cant do it for a very low price, please don't waste your time bidding. Happy bidding
