Apple Native App need GUI and Add WebServices

The project is to create a Native Apple App. We have the PSD files for the GUI and we have all of Web services for the business logic. We prefer to work directly with the freelancer and not middlemen. There is about 10 to 20 pages and popups that make up the entire app. There is about the same amount of web services. The web services are in PHP and return JSON. Only inquire if you have the knowledge to do this task without delays and have the time available to get it done and start immediately. We believe this project will take 8 to 12 days depending on availability and skill level. We will pay 30% when the GUI is done, then 30% when the web servcies are added. We will pay the balance once the App is free of any issues. .
