App for sending stickers

Looking for an Android/iOS developer, or Phonegap expert, for developing a mobile app with these requirements:
App for sending a sticker to a contact on device address book. Like on Whatsapp, if the receiver does not have the app then could be invited installing it. Stickers will be embedded into the app.
Your qualifications:
- Native Android and iOS skills, better if PhoneGap expert too
- A work portfolio
- A complete Freelancer profile
- References or an established Freelancer reputation preferred
Your responsibilities:
- Review and perform a technical analysis of requirements
- Write clean, robust code to implement the desired requirements
- Contribute ideas for making the application(s) better and easier to use
