App development

I have an idea for an mobile application and would like to get it developed. The idea is, many people have plenty of food in their refrigerator. Such has, a carrot here, a tomato there some raw beef or leftover chicken, etc. They pull out their phone and use the app to take a picture of the different items they have and or input them in manually with an auto population. Instead of typing carrot, if they put ca, it'll auto populate ingredients that start with ca to make it easier. Once done, The app will generate simple, easy and good recipes to make, including photos, cooking instructions and tips. The app will also allow users to rate the dish and provide comments so others can see how it turned out. They can also filter recipes by calories, vegetarian, allergies etc. I would like the app if possible, to link with Facebook and other social networks where they can upload their finished dish with the app and add picture filters/editing and it'll sync to their instagram/facebook/twitter. The interface must be simple, clean and catches the eye. Simplicity is key with this app.
