I am looking for someone to help me to develop a new social media 'Membership" website for sports enthusiast.

Need help with all programming and site functionality --We have a great idea, but need people who know how to set-up a site similiar to Facebook ---(this is an entirely new and unique application).

Must be able to develop a software/ app platform that can be used on all devices such as; cell phones, smart phones, i-pads, laptops, note-books, etc...
