Android application for playing mpeg-ts live streams

I need an aplication to play some live streams ( mpeg-ts / h264 ). The application should do this : 1. Take playlist from given URL ( json format ) 2. Append some parameters when the video is requested 3. Include codecs and use Hardware decoding of video Second part of project : 4. Allow Push Notifications 5. Video On demand ( play static files from URL , the same as the VOD ) The app must be delivered WITH source code. The programmer will work to add new features long-term. You MUST give examples of existing apps developed until now, also , if you already have application like this, you need just to change the colors, logo, and the way it gets the links, i prefer existing app modified.
