Create an app on Android OS for retail company

Hi there I have a HTC Desire HD and had an idea for an app which Im hoping someone can help me to create from scratch, someone I can commission to create it for me. I work in retail clothing store and I had an idea for an app that would make my work a lot easier and imporove efficiency. Basically I need it to be able to create a customisable floor plan which I can add equipment onto such as rails, shelves etc.... and on those equipment be able to add labels which would be the stock for example add a pillar onto the floor plan which contains two pairs of black stripe trousers which have the codes 44652 and 44653. So that when I need to find the item I can basically search for either the code or the item description and be able to find the location or even an image from the personal gallery I can describe in more detail if possible and can provide a rough sketch to give more of an idea but need to know if anyone can help make this possible and then we can discuss payment With regards Chris
