Dear sir, I'm an Oracle Certified Java Programmer. I have both theoretical knowledge and 5 years+ hands-on experience in Java programming. I already developed similar program to dial mobile and send sms using AT commands. USSD is very much similar. It is a bit difficult task to implement Serial port(Virtual) communication with Modem device in Linux using Java (There are many solutions for windows). Because it requires OS native access from JVM. But I have developed my above mentioned solution for Windows, Linux and Mac OS as well. So I'm sure I can do this (Because I already have a solution for Cross platform), and you will be well satisfied if you award this project to me.
