I have put together a lead generation campaign which it's sole purpose is to build a mailing list that I can provide to my clients to contact the registrants via telemarketing for a multi magazine offer.

We are in the finishing stages of putting all the pieces of the puzzle together.

We will have a sweepstakes site that people will go to and play a interactive game called Spin to Win. They will be playing for chance to win $100,000 cash as well as some other prizes we will be giving away. Everybody will win a consolation prize as long as they complete the registration form, answer the survey questions and spin the wheel.

In order to play Spin to Win they will be required to fill out a registration form with their first and last name, postal address, email address, phone number, and respond to three multiple-choice questions that will be asked of them.

BTW, it is mandatory that the form the filled out in order for them to be able to Spin to Win.

There will also be a box for them to check giving express consent to our marketing partners allowing them to contact the registrant on their cell phone. This is part of the new TCPA compliancy that when into effect November 15th, 2013.

We have never done a campaign like this before, therefore there is no track record on what the open and click through rate will be, and what percentage of those will complete the registration form, and answer the questions one way or the other.

We are looking for marketing partners who can drive traffic from any viable and effective source and means who work with us on a cost per lead acquired basis.

Once again, since we have not done this yet it is impossible to say how the leads will perform for my clients, which is what will solely dictate the price were able to sell them for. Depending on how the person answers the questions will affect the value of each lead. Some people will answer the questions in a way that makes them less valuable and vice versa.

The majority of the client base we are developing this concept for I have done business with since 1988. The demand for data far exceeds current supply, hence the creation of this concept. Our clients appreciate the value of a good lead and would rather pay more to have the best lead versus less to have a mediocre or subpar leads.

Our clients are extremely financially stable, pay like clockwork, and have a large appetite for targeted leads which our program will accomplish.

A pure sweepstakes registration that answers all the questions in a way that makes them less qualified for the offer still will have value, just not as much as those who answer the questions in a opposite way.

The marketing will promote the hundred thousand dollar cash prize which can be won instantly by playing the game, should they be the lucky winner. And it will also heavily promote the consolation prize that everybody will receive just for playing. They will have a choice of their consolation prize, and there is zero costs whatsoever to enter the sweepstakes or for fulfillment of any of the prizes. No strings attached at all.

I do believe by promoting heavily in the marketing creative the fact that everybody wins something, will make a big difference in response rates, and total registrations.

We would run this one sweepstakes campaign for 90 days. If things went well, and it was cash flow positive on all fronts, and everybody was happy on all sides i.e. marketer,

our clients and my company then we would launch another similar type of sweepstakes game but totally different game and awards to make it fresh and appealing. We would continue these projects year-round, but change things up so things do not get stale and make it fun and provoking for the consumer.

My company is in the data business. We provide targeted leads to clients in many verticals. This is my 33rd year in the industry. We are looking to create long-term relationships so that we can continue to drive quality traffic, and hopefully have very little erroneous made up information on data collected on registration page.

The better quality the lead the higher the price which translates to more money for everybody involved in making this happen.

We manage over 200 different lists, and have the ability to generate reports at any time showing exactly how many names where used from which source, and tracks which customer it went to, and at what price for record we were able to sell it for. This is something we do every day for all list owners whose data we represent under list management contracts.

We will do the hosting of the landing page, the distribution and list order fulfillment of all data generated to the many customers that will want it. We do all invoicing and all collections. We could look at structuring payments twice a month with full reporting.

We have the ability to break out records based on source and test them as a solo file. Once the data goes to the call center within no more than four days we will have a very thorough report . I will tell you that we do a incredible job of getting the highest possible price from any lead to any customer than any competitor I have run across. We negotiate day in and day out always with the objective of generating the highest possible margins we can from all the leads that we sell. Our margins are extremely above average for our industry by far. We have the leverage because we have the goods, and they need the goods to keep their call centers going and growing and expanding so they can generate greater profits.

Having dealt heavily with the publishing vertical for 26 years I can tell you that nobody is better at squeezing every red cent out of data going to this vertical than I and my staff are.

We should be ready to start email creative design this coming week.

We are looking primarily for age 21-55, individual income $16,000 per year, and must have a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card.

Please let me know if you have an interest in working with us.

Also, please tell me how you base your calculation on your determination of what you should receive on a cost per lead generated basis. Do you look at what it costs you to produce a completed registration form that is not bogus or erroneous information, and arrive at the price you must get, or does it work more from the buyer side and it's determined on a percentage basis of what we're able to get for the data at retail.

Thank you very much.
