I require someone who UNDERSTANDS PhoneGap to look at a project that is 95% completed, but everytime I ask this developer to fix 1 issue, they break 2 more. I need someone that has good English, understands the requirements and is willing to listen to just help me complete this and get the app live. This is only really 2-3 hours work.
