Android / I-Phone App for Controlling LED Lights

We are looking for an experienced, cross-platform programmer that can develop an application the will allow for the control of LED lights in an aftermarket automotive project. The programmer must have experience in writing code for animated (motion)GUI's, graphics design and Bluetooth commands. The hardware will be communicated with via bluetooth ASCII Commands. Programmer is not required to provide hardware but can make suggestions on command syntax. Programmer is responsible for the smart phone GUI interface software.
