screen 1: drop down of 6 countries username password submit -> this will then query our api to see if the user has an account on the country they selected. (you will make a call to our api with the username/password and receive an asnwer as to wether the username/pass match or fail.) ->> if false refuse access ->> if true allow access. notes: the is for existing customers only, there is no function to create an account. screen 2: Permissions page -> I allow this application to run in the background and send alerts to my screen on/off switch background function: this app; if the permission is given is to run as a background process. if no permission is given, then do nothing. it is to listen for incoming calls/texts. it gathers the number that is calling/texting it then runs a query against our web api to find a match for this number in our database if this number matches it shows a notification popup (like this: [login to view URL]) that gives a message a link to our website to view more details. (we currently have a database of telephone numbers, on inbound call the app should send this number to the api to seek a match, if a match is found then alert, if no match then do nothing) we will build the api to your requirements on our webserver, your bid is for the android app development only.
