Develop a trap detector Android application

Use the new Android Fused and virtual Geofencing API to alert users when approaching a trap detector. The application should perform the following tasks 1. Detect device location every minute and send it to a data center if the device has moved at least 50 meters 2. Receive from the data center updates to a list of trap detectors. Each detector has location, detection angle and maximum speed allowed 3. The app should send the list to Google Geofencing API requesting trigger when approaching a detector 4. When the trigger arrives the app should verify that the speed is not lower than 10% from the maximum speed of the detector and that the angle is within the detection angle of the detector. If this is achieved the app should shout an alert and add a popup on the screen as long as the criteria above (speed and angle) are met. 5. The battery consumption should not exceed 1% an hour when no trap detectors are not triggered (based on new Google API) 6. User can set the following: - % of difference from maximum speed to get alert - Language (the application should have resources to be translated to different languages)
