I want somebody to develop a very, very simple app for me which consists of the following. A branded flash screen on launch which I will supply. A cost per install CPI or cost per download CPD advert offering games apps. A second CPI/CPD advert offering games apps. A third CPI/CPD advert offering games apps. A fourth CPI/CPD advert offering games apps. A fifth CPI/CPD advert offering games apps. CPI/CPD networks include Revmobs, ChartBoost, Tapgage, Sponsorplay, Applifier. The revenue will be generated for myself. I would like to be able to have the function to modify sequence of the adverts to suit whichever CPI/CPD is paying the greatest eCPM on any given day. Beyond this advertising the app will have no other function. After the user rejects the 5th advert the app will simply start the sequence again at advert #1. I know this sounds like a vacuous app that will attract little or no traffic. But please leave the traffic to me. I expect a perfectly robust app which is entirely bomb proof. Zero bugs.
