Hello, I am a experience android developer and I can do your project very fast. I would create an app with to screens: 1- for user registration(maybe allowing them to do it by google or facebook) 2- for the search. What could the user do when he/she finds another users? Also I would need to create server side code for the registration and search of the users. If you are interested, please contact me.
