Android - custom rotating wheel menu

Hi guys, I need a rotating wheel menu designing like the one in the attachment. The user can spin the wheel and when it comes to rest, the user can click the middle 'go button' and the wheel icon that is at the 12 o clock position will be selected. There needs to be a tool tip over the wheel icon in the 12 o clock position. Also, if the user touches one of the icons that is not in the 12 o clock position, this will cause the wheel to rotate so that the touched icon will now be in the 12 o clock position. Unlike the picture, the wheel needs to have six menu items.
