I need someone to create a very simple cordova /phonegap app (android) a that can send sms in the background to specific number with specific content, upon receiving sms confirmation reply from the other end, user will allowed to make 60 minutes phone call total within 24 hours. So everytime user make a phone call, the app need to monitor the minute and give a warning if user only has 2 minutes left. I also need a widget that can be put on the main screen to see how many minutes left. this link might be a good reference: [login to view URL] I'm not sure if there is cordova plugin to track the minute of the call but if there isn't any, you might want to write your own native plugin to do it.
