Android Scheduling program.

I would like thoughts and ideas to design a scheduling software that will allow my administrative assistant to schedule different people to work on various 12 or 24 hours schedules. I want her to have a program to work on the schedule and then she can publish that schedule and I would be able to see it on my phone. So everytime she updates the schedule it would update on my phone and I would be able to know who is working where and for how long etc. Similiar to this program [login to view URL] but it would need a computer interface and then access from the android phone. I am unsure what this would cost or even how to get started. Please contact me with ideas and questions.
