Android Help - Draw Rectangles that Scroll Across Screen

Proof of concept Android app to programmatically draw rectangles that scroll across screen. The complete App will be similar to the Play Station Sing Star game, but you are not doing a complete app. You are required only for draw rectangles and scrolling. A skeleton Android project has been made, which clearly shows your input data and you will be required to flesh out. (See attached) Layout 1. Portrait (Done) 2. Small area at the top to be left for buttons/ads. (Done) 3. The remaining area is for you to draw. (Done) 4. The remain area should be 'calibrated' into 37 possible Y values. Each will correspong to a note. E.g. C6 at the top, C3 at the bottom) 5. Background to be dark. Rectangles 1. Given an ArrayList of a SongLyric (contains String:lyricText int:durationMS String:note) rectangles need to be drawn on screen which scroll from right to left. 2. Rectangles length to be determined by the duration. 3. lyric text needs to be inserted in the rectangle. 4. When creating a new rectangle, the height will be determined by the note. The higher the note, the higher up the screen it will go. 5. Rectangles should be orange opaque with a trim/surroundings solid. 6. The speed at which the rectangles go across the screen should be configurable. Ball (This will be positioned in the y axis, depending on what the singer is singing)1 1. For now, this should just be random y values, drawn on screen. 2. Unlike the rectangles, the y value could change every frame. 3. A trail from the ball (at a thinner thickness) will be drawn.
