I have an app on iphone that I want replicating on Android tablets and phones. The maximum budget is $1500 and the project needs to be completed in 20 days. We will own complete rights of the application and vendor will not be allowed to reuse the code or resell our application. Vendor will have to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
