Build a decision tree in Microsoft Visio

When University times, I was a teacher-assistant in the theme of analysis of business decision. I really like this area. Im feel well resolving this project. When I read this, immediately started working on it. I advanced a lot and you can sure that the project is almost ready. I am a new freelancer but my experience is being made for decades. One question: Have you some measures o matrix of caracteristics to decide if a car is better (or worse) than other? Is it subjective decision or are based on comparative table?
