i had proveded proposal outline for leasing Grocery store and my business plane for store more than year ago. The company liked my business plan they want to lease it to me. They could not, among the reason my finance was not they satisfactory enough and they want to try to operate the store for them just to find how much money the business make etc.. just for year, now it has been more than a year also my finance much better than last year. so I want to remind them if they still intersted leasing the store to me. i want to emphasize that I have enough money to run the business about $400k and more.
