Looking for a mechanical engineer with experience in buckle design - specifically cam buckles.
We need a cam buckle designed for 1.5" wide webbing that has a break force of at least 1T and will allow the webbing to hold a load of at least 1T without slipping.
We'll pay a success fee for a design that meets our criteria.
See attached picture for a cam buckle that is similar to what we want, but does not meet our criteria for strength.
