Need an experienced IT Recruiter with US staffing/Bench Sales experience of 0-4 years, with excellent communication and writing skills.
· Regular interaction with the bench candidates, there by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
· Work with candidate on inputting the key skills in that area and candidate's comfort on those skills.
· Create a skill matrix by working with the candidate.
· Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
· Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing services should be able to work with vendors and generate new vendors.
· Extensive IT Consulting Services experience in both staff augmentation and project sales.
· Identify, assess, prioritize, qualify and close new business opportunities.
