Bulk Mailing Millions Per Day / Cash Gifting Promotion Ideas

Hi I am looking for someone who can send out millions of emails per day for me using an offshore server or has a good proxy mailing system in place. I want to be able to reach as many people I can daily about my offer. If you have a mailing system in place feel free to contact me. The conditions of this project are that I will need to be able to test it and make sure that it is up to my standards and that I get a good response rate. After that escrow will be issued for whatever amount is being charged for the server. I must verify the server first and will not escrow or pay until I deem it is satisfactory.
