Design two logos for academic conference and professional society

We are looking for an experienced logo designer to help design the follwoing two logos: 1. A log for an annual conference 2. A log for a professional society Requirements: The logs should be bright and attractive from coloring perspective. It also needs to be printed on black and white paper in the future. We need the designers to provide the design files and various sizes of jpg files so they can be used on the web site, and huge posters. Again, the copyright and owership of all the final deliverables (design files and image files) will be transferred to the service requestsers after the payment is made in full.
