Compnay Logo Cover Page and MS Word Style Design

I am seeking the creation of a cover page graphic for our company documents. This design needs to incorporate the look and feel of our current company logo. Attached to this bid request you will find a zip file that contains our company logo in bmp and eps formats and a sample word document template. In addition to the cover page graphic, I require updating the styles of the sample template document to reflect a consistent look and feel with the font and color scheme of our company logo. When bidding, please provide examples of previous graphic/logo design work. The selected bidder would be expected to provide three (3) example graphics for the cover page of which I will select one (1) for the final. Also, three (3) font/color style schemes would be expected as well. Again, I will select one (1) style for the final. ## Deliverables 1) Cover page graphic completed and embedded in the sample word document. 2) Updated Word document styles that incorporate a consistant look and feel with font and color scheme of our company logo. 3) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 4) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Microsoft Word Document (Office 2003)
