Configure IPtables on a CentOS VPN server

We have a small CentOS VPS with PPTP server installed. We have a router with a NAT'd dynamic IP. The router connects successfully to the VPN server. Behind the router there is an asterisk server and one PC which we need to be able to RDP in to.
Configure the CentOS server to forward the appropriate ports to the appropriate machines allowing us remote access using the CentOS public static IP.
