I have a VPS running Ubuntu. I installed the latest version of Squid proxy on it, and I need somebody to configure it properly. Following some guides on the internet, I was able to get it to proxy normal HTTP requests without a problem. The problem comes when trying to make HTTPS requests. The connections always fail. From what I can gather, squid must be re-built with the enablessl flag set to true. This is beyond the scope of my limited Linux experience. If you have experience with configuring Squid on Linux, please bid! I'm trying to get the project done ASAP and I imagine it'd be a 10 minute job for anybody that has experience with Squid and/or Linux. Thanks
