Blog commenting - Link building

Need: 500 DoFolllow Permanent Blog Comments with anchor text - Comments should be made over a 3 week period. (i need a report for every 2 days) - Need to send 20 comments so that we can do a quality check - Blog comments that are removed in the report, must be reposted - Blog comments must be individually unique and no duplicate content - No more that 3 comments should be on the same domain (those 3 links should come from 3 different link pages of the same domain) - All blog comments should come from comment pages with at least a PR1+ Please send me 2 or 3 sample PR1+ links of dofollow, I need to check whether the person knows how to find the PR1+ dofollow links.
