A good LAWYER to denounce Raisunny.

I am checking a good Pakistan LAWYER (but not only Pakistan LAWYER) . I wish to denounce Raisunny. RAISUNNY is a SPAMMER He does AUTOMATIC SUBMISSION and He is a FALSE PERSON. He is a SPAMMER. In one of projects I have written this “No links from article directories or other directories”. He have done a bid offering article directories. He does AUTOMATIC SUBMISSION. I have contact the owners of some article directories. They have said that he does automatic submission. (I think that he could use Roboform or Article submitter). He writes FALSE THINGS for example : “”When we publish an Article it have no pr but with in 3 months it will receive pr1 and with in 6-8 months it will have minimum pr2. “”. You try to contact some buyers that have given a positive feedback at him about 6-8 months. He writes “If you want to investigate me, you can do this before starting project with me.” Why only BEFORE ? Don't you (raisunny) wish to have negative feedback ? I wish to denounce him for this : Raisunny has wasted my time.
