contract/agreement for inbound travel agency

Need a professional lawyer or a contract writer for Inbound Travel Agency. This company agreement will be done between overseas travel agency that is using the services of inbound travel agency. We are the inbound travel agency side here and we need to prepare our contract for overseas agencies. the contract must reflect our terms and conditions, our bank account for payments, cancellation charges, prepayment deadlines, partnership, legal addresses of both sides... Is there anyone who has done such thing for travel agencies? Better if someone who speaks Russian and English languages...
