Component developed

I need a component developed for Joomla and require a quotation please? In short the site will be used for Quotation Requests, multiple Companies and multiple Clients. Administrator must have the ability to add registration packages, paid and free, include PayPal including recurring and Credit Card, Offline Payment. Administrator must have the ability to add fields like products/services, address expire date etc. Companies must have the ability to select a package and register, registration only activated after payment. Companies must have the ability to select which products/services they offer to quote on. Companies must have the ability to add there information: Physical Address E-mail address Contact numbers Company Logo And other relevant information Road Map: Client will select “Request Quotation” button from site and be redirected to a form. Form will have fields that Administrator has added, example – First/Last Name, email address, product/service they need, how many quotation they want, how many days till the quotation expires etc. Once the from has been completed and the Client has submitted the form a thank you message is displayed on screen as well as an email is sent to the Client, Administrator must be able to compose a thank you message with HTML tags. An e-mail will be sent to each Company that meets the criteria of Product/Services requested by the Client to inform them of the Quotation request on the site. Company will then login to the site, from Companies control panel they can select “list the requested quotations”. Only requests sent to specific Company to be listed. Company clicks on one of the quotations in the list and will be redirected to a form populated with the products/services requested. Company will complete the form with pricing and comments etc. Once they submit the form a .pdf is created with the Companies Logo, Address, Contact information etc and attached to an e-mail and sent to the Client that requested the quotation. Once the e-mail has been sent to the Client the quotation in the list will be marked as “Quotation Sent” Other: Once quotations expiry date is reached it should be marked and “Expired”, then after a predefined number of days it must be deleted from the database/site. Companies Control panel must have the ability to: Update/Edit information. Renew/Upgrade there membership package. Mark Quotations as either, Accepted, Rejected Company must have the ability to download and save the quotation as .pdf (Same .pdf as what was sent to Client) Company must have the ability to filter quotations by Date, Quotation Sent, Quotation Rejected, Quotation Accepted, Quotation Expired etc. I trust this will be sufficient, please do not hesitate contacting me should you have any questions/clarification.
