The idea here is to simulate a lift in a building, with people randomly arriving at various floors, requesting to go to a given floor. Two or more simple lift control strategies are to be devised, and implemented. Threads will be used to trigger events when people arrive and press the button to call the lift, and to control the timing of the simulation. Tests should be performed on the multiple lift control strategies, to try to decide which one is best (getting people to the floor they want with least waiting time on average). with report 18000 to 20000 words
