Create mortgage lending payment calculator widget using java script - Fixed Price

Easy project for someone who has experience creating calculators in java script. Experience in mortgage lending related programing preferred. Please include links to prior work done in one or both of these areas along with your bid. We want a calculator for calculating the monthly mortgage payment for a mortgage loan that will accomodate both fixed or adjustable rate loans. There are two example sites for you to review in creating the widget. One is what you see on the mortgage tab on this calculator at <[login to view URL]>. The calculations must still function, even if the user changes the Property Tax , Property Insurance & PMI Fields to zero ($0.00) or are left blank (treat as zero). We do NOT want the advertising sections that are a part of this example calculator. The amortization schedule should also be a feature.
