Browser push notification, android and ios

Please check this: [login to view URL] I need something like this for now, just the wireframe, which send push notification on clicking a button. I did it here: [login to view URL] but the problem is, it doesn't send push notification to safari in ios. It send notification to only chrome browsers. I need you to hard code it so that our page will be able to send notification to every possible browsers for android and ios. I guess that's just chrome and safari, but i need it for every possible browsers (if there are any).
