Disable Parallax jQuery script on iPhone

I am developing a website which uses Parallax on one of the pages. I want to disable this effect for smartphones, and just have a standard HTML page when browsing on iPhone etc.
This is a very urgent job. Once the Parallax is disabled, I just need to edit the media queries, but all I need assistance with is disabling the Parallax.
