Asp.net portal starter kit based bidding web site

The web site is going to be a bidding application like [login to view URL], rentacoder.com... etc but not just for technology workers for all type of home office workers. it's going to be written over asp.net portal starter kit(ibuyspy) with c#(full documentated code required). It needs some changes for example menu system, graphical, multi-language...etc and ofcourse it needs modules(ascx) like a web based instant messenger, bidding, payment,posting... etc. You must send weekly reports and modules please bid with your project plans and milestones and post you module list.
