add shadow box feature to gallery

Need some help to figure out my coding problem. I have already designed the website but can't get Shadowbox to function. The original website is live at [login to view URL] if you go to the advertising page and click on the first photo (only once the whole page has loaded) you will see the lightbox is opening in the content area and not the whole browser. I have since learnt that I can simplify my pages to just a main page for each section plus a content page and have started doing this so you can see the pages I'm working on at [login to view URL] (these are the pages I will be workinh on). As you will see I'm having the same problem.
