Complete Wordpress Website (tweaking existing theme)

I have a wordpress website up and running, but it is not completed. What Needs to be Done? 1. Tweak the layout of the home page (adding a custom footer, custom body field, custom sidebar, phone number & addredd to the header, shift the logo to a new position, etc) 2. Make 5 more simple text pages (all text will be provided) that reflect the look and feel of the homepage (ie same sidebars, etc) 3. Add a "pop-up" contact-us form based on AJAX and jQuery JavaScript library and the SimpleModal jQuery plugin. (Easy to setup since all this is a simple plugin called Simple Modal Contact Form). But, I need the fields in this form modified and the color of the form changed. I also need an autorespond sent to the person filling the form out confirming my receipt of their inquiry. 4. Remove unwanted bulk from the template/extra script/extra css images, etc. Basically, there is some bulk that needs to be removed/modified/consolidated so as to make the site as light as possible (around 100kb or so)
