Hey! I do acknowledge that this is an advanced and complex project, and I believe that I have a good enough grasp of vector mathematics and geometry to build the tool you're looking for. I am not entirely sure what do you mean with triangle mesh for the derived object (since, as I understand, this is in 2D), but apart from that, after exploring a bit on CSG, I think I can create the generator in about three weeks, but that depends on the specific needs of the project. In case of any questions, don't hesitate to contact me! Although I don't have excessive reviews on this site, I've done webdev for quite some time, so the environment should be of no problem. I'm sure PHP and it's libraries will suffice to present the visuals too. :)
