Build a one page site

I need one page designed. I have all the javascript ready to be implemented as well as the design. It is also sliced. All I need is for someone to build it. Its a very simple design just 1 plain background, 4 images for navigation, an animated image which will fly in using already built javascript. Also the site will change pages by scrolling to the right. Check [login to view URL] for a similar effect. The only difference is that mine goes right and left and theirs goes up and down. Please let me know how long it will take you to do this and if you're willing to use timetracker.
