Database Forms

I have a web-based inventory/billing system that I need some help with. It is written in ASP.Net with VB as the programming language. There are a series of forms to fill out purchase orders, rentals, labor, etc.... I use jQuery as well as a module called DHTMLX (look it up) to handle all the DHTML as well as ajax calls to the server. I'd like to have some help dealing with setting up new forms. Adding validation to existing forms. Increasing the efficiency of existing forms. I will need to see screen-shots or links to work you have done which are online forms, work using dynamic validation, work using AJAX, work with CSS. If PHP is your primary language, don't apply. I have a lot of projects and they are all written in VB and all my clients are working on windows servers. I need someone who's primary experience is web-based work on a windows platform. The work can be done remotely, and that's fine, but people in the San Francisco locale, who can come to my office on occasion, will take precedence and be offered $50-$70/hr. It increased development time substantially. Thank you,
